Notes: mineral, acid, modest citrus and melon, but best vintages appear to be 2006-7. Paired well with paella and halibut. Unique in that it never touches wood of any kind, and is bottled in ceramic.
Hey Guys! I just found this wonderful blog of yours and was curious as to your notation for cost. What does each $ stand for? Thanks you two. Keep enjoying the good wine. We are headed to Washington on Sunday and are going to stop in Salem, Oregon to tour the Cristdom Vineyards, so I doubt that I will be able to review their wine as astutely as you, but will try if you like!
